Can you get paid for donating plasma at 16
I live in Tennessee and I’m 16 and I heard you can donate plasma with parent permission but cannot receive payment for it. Is it different from state to state ?

I’m 220 lbs and I’m a high school football player my goal is a 4.7 I run a 4.9 40 right now . I have long strides also I been speed training the right way for 4 months now and I made a lot progress since then , but fall camp starts in 4 weeks any tips on how get the most speed gains as possible and also improvement on my change of direction as possible in 4 weeks . I sprint 3x a week and sprint a total of 200 yards every session while doing plyos
The video above shows some
Clips of me doing a pass drop , a clip of me sprinting and running my 40 ( which is 2 months old ) should lose weight to run faster . I’m around 6”1
224 , not alot of body fat and I heard online since I’m undersized for college standards on most levels I would need to bulk up so colleges don’t have to worry about my weight , but I feel like if I dropped down to 195 -200 I could be way more elusive and agile . But I may be out of luck cause our first scrimmage is in 6 weeks
I run with long stride length so I cover more ground each step , but I feel like if I was less heavier I could cover ground quicker
I’m 6”1 224 junior middle linebacker and I struggle to stay square running on screens and outside runs. Anyone got
Any tips or advices that can help my with that should I shuffle , should
I do some type of shuffle
Run what’s the best way to play those types of plays while
Keeping my body square to the line of scrimmage.
Im going into my junior year and im 6”1 224 and I play middle linebacker , my speed is not that great i run a 4.9 lasered timed 40 but I should be down to 4.8 soon.
I started playing football 2 years ago the summer of going into my freshman year but I didn’t really play alot before that cause I didn’t know what I was doing . Then my Sophmore year rolls around I get kicked off the team for missing a lift , I also got evicted around that time also and times were rough .
So I transferred in August that year , so I didn’t do any offseason lifts , and I didn’t start that year even thought the team I transferred to was really bad. I ended transfering back to the school I was kicked off of and this was my first year lifting even though I was going into my junior year .but in spring my coach switched me to mlb.
I played ass in spring because I didn’t know what I was doing , and I’m 2nd string right now to some really good backers but now I know what to do , so when we get back in pads I think I’m gonna be good . But the season is in 2 months and I’m not down to my goal 4.5 40 ( which what I need to go D1 ) and I’m worried about starting.
Are my chances of d1 p4 over any tips to help me succeed this season
