For those who have bought recently:

-Did your lender downvalue the property? If so, by how much?
-Did the seller reduce the price to match the valuation?
-Did you meet in the middle, cover the difference yourself, or walk away?
-Did the survey throw up any issues, and if so, did that affect negotiations?

Interested to hear what people are actually experiencing in the current market, and if sellers are generally accepting valuations, or holding firm cause of demand.
