Tips on being a better builder

Hello all!

I'm a newish player (i used to play as a kid but now im getting back into it as an adult with my brothers) and now I'm trying to start building more on my own rather than using tutorials all the time and I'm struggling with build planning and in particular counting blocks and remembering layouts from my creative test world but also teraforming, texturing, and any other tips on better planning and being a better builder in general are greatly appreciated!

Hello all, hopefully this is the right place to post this. I am a new husband to a lovely lady that has POTS and she is having a rough time to say the least! Long story short she has recently started struggling to have any kind of independence, she can't really stand or do much without feeling dizzy or like she'll pass out in around a minute.

My main questions are the following:

  1. Is there anything that might help her gain a tiny bit more autonomy? I've heard of leggings but she's plus size and so finding some that have enough compression and don't hurt her has been a challenge

  2. Is there something I can do as her husband to help her? Either support i can give, questions i could ask her dr, etc.

Any help is appreciated!

Edit to clarify her current management strategy:

As far as I know she is on some beta blockers and she drinks lots of salt water.

Exercise is very difficult for her since she struggles to be on her feet but I try to have her do what she can.

Shes seeing a cardiologist (not sure if the specialty of the doctor matters or not) for her pots but hes kind of just throwing everything he can at it and the visits have been pretty inconsistent and all over thr place with recommendations. We're doing amino acid supplements and other things like that and he recommended curcumin so we might try that also?
