Update from the clot- I fainted lol

After that morning of passing the clot, my period cramps subsisted and I was able to go about my day, work, study, etc. in the evening me and my friend went into the park to split a spliff. Which is something we do occasionally after working to unwind. And I was feeling fine. Until we were walking back I felt the telltale signs of nausea and by the time we reached the sidewalk I said oops, then fell over. I was brought inside where I was feeling nauseous and dizzy, given water, etc. my boyfriend came down. I felt so tired that I wasn’t very responsive. This is the second time I’ve fainted in two months. He took me to A&E, brought up the wheelchair and wheeled me in. Filled out the forms and i was just so tired I wanted to sleep. He was trying to keep me responsive.

The wait was long and terrible. We got there at 6 and weren’t seen until 2 am, our phones had both died early on. The first triage nurse I think dismissed my case once she heard cannabis was involved. When I mentioned passing a walnut/golf ball sized clot this morning, and have suspected endo, she said she could put that down but she doesn’t see how it’s related. when I was slumping over she said I was fine, just sleepy. And when my partner started to help me get from the chair back into the wheelchair, she said she’s fine she can do it on her own. I was starting to feel better an hour after we got there. I was told by the doctor it was a combo of things probs, and sent on my way. I felt so so terrible for my partner, we both have a dissertation and he has been through suddenly so many random health issues with me- which at this point I feel like I’m milking out for attention. Like I’m secretly revelling in this weird damsel in distress narrative. When we were there and I was feeling better I said he should go home, and he told me to stop asking him that. And I said I should just go home, he said it’s concerning that I took so long as I did to recover. Idk I think I was just sleepy and maybe stoned and nauseous. I feel disgusted with myself this morning, stupid and irresponsible.

my ultrasound shows a thickened sacro uterine ligament and an endometrial nodule - dr suspects it’s superficial endo, but doesn’t this align more with DIE?

I saw an endo specialist a few days ago- my TVUS showed that my right sacro-uterine ligament was thickened and contained a small endometriotic nodule. The diagnosis was suspected superficial pelvic endometriosis, and I have a lap scheduled for September. As one of you pointed out, aren’t both of those findings indicators of DIE? esp for it even to show up on a scan. Idk if it even matters at this point (plus both are bad). I’ve been gaslighting myself for the longest time that my pain isn’t bad enough to be endo, and I think I’m just processing all of this now.

Did not expect for endo to actually show up on my ultrasound

I finally saw an endo specialist today- my TVUS showed that my right sacro-uterine ligament was thickened and contained a small endometriotic nodule. That seems like nothing, but I nearly cried after years of being told 'everything looks pertect, just take birth control!' I honestly didn't think my ultrasound would find anything, given that most superficial endo isn't even detectable via scan. I didn't even think I had enough pain to justify seeing a specialist in the first place, but I'm so glad I dia.
