How is CommBank India this bad? "Lowest in BSFI industry" is wild 🚩

Damn, looks like CommBank India is absolutely down bad right now. 💀
Saw this breakdown of the Big Four on AmbitionBox and honestly, CBA being sitting at a 2.7/5 is wild. Like, how do you manage to rank “Lowest in BSFI industry” when your competitors are literally chilling at 3.8 and 3.9?
Even NAB at a 3.0 is rough, but CommBank is just a straight-up red flag machine at this point. 925 reviews and they still couldn't pull that score up.
Anyone here actually worked at CBA India or the other Aussie hubs? Is the management really that toxic or is it just the classic GCC burnout? Because a 2.7 is tragic lmao.

Exploring Indian by commonwealth bank

A. Breach of ASX Corporate Governance & Internal Codes
As an ASX-listed entity, CBA is bound by strict corporate governance principles.
The Argument: CBA publicly commits to global standards of workplace culture, diversity, and ethical behavior. A consistently abysmal rating (2.7) in a major offshore hub suggests a systemic failure by the Australian management to oversee their global culture.
Actionable framing: Frame this as a failure of risk management and board oversight regarding human capital and operational risk.

B. Australian Whistleblower Protection Laws (Corporations Act 2001)
If the low ratings are due to systemic fraud, illegal activities, or serious misconduct (rather than just bad management or low pay), Australian whistleblower laws might apply.
The Law: Under Part 9.4AAA of the Corporations Act 2001, an "eligible whistleblower" can make a protected disclosure about misconduct within an Australian corporation or its subsidiari

Modern Slavery and Supply Chain Transparency
Australia has a strict Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).
While a 2.7 rating usually indicates poor workplace culture or management rather than "modern slavery" (which covers forced labor and human trafficking), Australian companies are legally required to publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement detailing how they mitigate exploitation risks in their global operations and supply chains.

Advice to CBA Management to improve

I went through all the bad review of commonwealth bank which is apparently lowest in BSFI 2.7 out of 5.

I want to raise voice of Indian employee to CBA upper management and help them, So please upvote this and comment.

1 No job safety - employee reported Hire and fire culture in CBA with absolute authority to manager.

2- Employee well-being - Employee physical and mental health is given least priority, company is driven by profit motive to exploit cheap labour in GCC.

3 - Lack of proper leadership- Policy are excellent on paper but the leadership is not align to company goal ans culture.

4- No promotion and Career development - Employee can’t see any career advancement or growth in company.

5 - Favouritism - Team dynamic is determined by Politics and religion.

This is taken from real employee review I did not make this up. Kindly don’t delete this I want answers from Cba upper management on how they will improve this?

Lowest rating in BSFI industry 2.7 out of 5

Hey can u please justify the lowest rating in BSFI industry of 2.7 despite being one of the most prestigious global banking brand . Employee are overworked, exhausted, have no worklife balance . The Australian norms clearly say to take care of employee physical and mental health despite that regulation Indian GCC has massively failed to perform their duties. Often regarded as worst brand to work for in Indian banking. Please I want to hear from commonwealth management what is reason of such a major gap. Kindly don’t delete my post thousand employee working in India need answears.
