Who would be the biggest workplace gossip out of these three? They are the kind of coworkers who notice everything. they would absolutely know who is dating who before anyone admits anything. i can imagine them sitting around during break and quietly analyzing everybody. garrett would probably make one comment and then refuse to explain himself. dina would somehow have actual evidence for everything she says.
