I’m 25F and my period has been very consistent since I first got it at 14. Like clockwork, 28-30 days every month. I’m sexually active, never been on birth control, I don’t take any medication, only vitamins in the morning. I’m veeery worried because this has never happened. What could be the real cause of this?
I read about stress causing these issues but I’m kinda always stressed. Must admit around this period of time I was very anxious, depressed, on top of working full time and studying full time I was crying a lot and stressing over my deadlines both at work and school, but I feel like I’m always stressed???? And it has never caused my period to be 10 days early in over 10 years….
