Is it possible to find a therapist that remembers who you are, what you talked about last time etc?
I have tried 3 therapists and just had my first visit with a new provider. The first question out of her mouth was "Is this the first time we have met together?" and honestly I'm kind of disappointed. I understand that there a lot of pressure on therapists to see as many people as possible but I am somewhat disappointed that it usually seems like the notes (or lack there of) are not skimmed for highlights. With each therapist they would start the session "what do you want to talk about today" and there is no follow up like "how did x thing you talked about last time go?" "or "how did your homework go?" etc. Is this an unrealistic want/expectation? I have verbalized this before as a want but get the "therapy is the place to talk about what you want to talk about" reply. So I guess my question is, do I want something that is not possible with therapy? I am open to hearing honesty about this because if it is unrealistic I should probably devote my energy to finding other solutions.

Nasal pillow problems. Small is too small, medium is too big.
I have had CPAP for almost 3 weeks now. So far its going okay but I'm using the Fisher/Paykel Micro Nova and the small pillows make it feel too difficult to breath out and the medium bug my nostrils after several hours. If I wake up at 4 am I have to take off the mask to fall back asleep so I'm not really able to wear for more than 5-6 hours. Would a different brand have different sized openings? Or are they all pretty standard? I like how the nasal pillows don't touch my face so I'd hate to go back to a regular nasal mask.

Found older doodle on Kamilche point road and Bloomfield Road.
Very sweet dog, seems well cared for so I'm really hoping someone is looking for him/her. Is either a neutered male or female, but hasn't peed yet so not sure. We have it safe and sound but reach out if you know who this pup belongs to.
