Sometimes my torrents don't even download. I am using the free trial of protonvpn, and it runs insanely slow, max 15KB/s. This is not a network speed issue, because, with the torrent, My internet runs perfectly fine, and very fast. Why are my torrents so slow then?

How to go about putting it back together? I tried just putting the pieces back where they go but it did not work.

The ones in the blue case were hand-me-down, and I havent yet found them replacement cases.
