Ordering the chair for my wife (hip and back issues, but loves my current Titan Nanogen)

Opened the site

1. Select Chairs -> Shop All
2. Scroll down to Nanogen
3. Click buy
4. Select colour/varient (Black)
5. 2 days later receive the hybrid leatherette.

So it turns out the variant/colour includes the material and the Nanogen chairs are waaaaay down at the bottom below the fabric chairs.

So despite specifically clicking the Nanogen model on the chair page, changing what I thought was the colour to the top listed option changed the whole chair.

So, what do I do. Its still in the box, is it worth going through an exchange? does anyone have experience with the hybrid vs Nano?
