I just finished the pre installation survey. Can I go ahead and download the app for me and my wife and do we make an account for the both of us? Or do we wait until the installers come? If I register the app now, is my email somehow already registered?

What could this be?

Just saw it climbing on the wall and I haven’t added anything to the tank since December. I took it out of the tank and dropped into a bowl. Snail? Slug? Worm?
