Can y'all please help me find out if I can fix this laptop
Please help me because if I can't fix it I have to pay 300€ for a broken laptop🙏🏻 So I got this laptop about half a year ago maybe a lil more from a friend of mine, she had this laptop for about 10 years I think. she was a smoker but she told me she smoked like only a month besides the laptop. On the beginning the laptop was working fine it was just laggy sometimes and didn't want to turn on for a few hours but then it worked perfectly again. One day I turned it on and the battery icon went from loading to not loading the whole time for like 10 minutes and then it worked normally again, then after a few days I tried to turn it on but it didn't work. I went to the computer doctor and he told me that the metal liquid (I'm not sure what that is I don't know anything about computers but I know that it's used for cooling) leaked over the whole laptop and that it had so bad of a smoking damage that it's unfixable. I am a strong smoker too and if I knew that it's bad for the laptop then I would've been more careful but mind you I had this laptop for 6 months and I saw laptops that had 10 years of smoking build up and they still could repair it. So the first thing that came to my mind is to ask the genius redditors if it's still fixable
