Sleep as a Trigger

Hi all- looking to see if anyone has a similar experience. I’ve been diagnosed with SVT but the episodes happen infrequently so I only take fleccanide when an episode happens (although that seems to have no effect- I also tried metoprolol with no effect). I’ve tried to figure out what my triggers are and I think lack of sleep might be my trigger. When episodes do occur, I usually take fleccanide plus drink water with LMNT which has potassium, magnesium, and sodium in it and that seems to be the only way to stop my episodes other than waiting it out. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

North Florida- At the base of a grapefruit tree.
