I recently got FedEx as my carrier to handle my shipment of a package containing clothes and a pair of high heel shoes. Last week it was supposed to deliver, now I’m calling them every hour and now their saying how they didn’t have information last week and now they do? I asked and they stated “ descriptive “ and that’s it.. now customs are going through and I’m worried they rejected the first documents and fed ex is just gambling making document paperwork at this point, I was told I didn’t have to do anything but how did they get the new information? Buyee doesn’t necessarily email or help out with forms..

For example,

It was at customs clearance delay import-
Then it had a big red box saying “ no action required at this time”

Then on the 13th it was gone,
I called on Monday asking what’s the holdup and they said it was just a delay of my package being in customs queue, and then today they said how they were missing paperwork? And that they just submitted it on a Monday after a week?
