Had cone biopsy Friday - how it's going

I'm 60 and had my cone on Friday morning around 9 am after a colposcopy showed pre cancerous cells. Been HPV positive for decades. I had general anesthesia and was home before noon. So far, I've been a bit tired, bloated like I'm 6 months pregnant, but very little spotting and my cramps really only ramp up when I try to do too much. Using a heat pad. No gym until I clear the 2 week follow up but I a back to work on day 3 in my remote role. Just waiting now for the biopsy results. My biggest concern was (TMI) managing a number 2 because I ended up with stitches in my rectal area during surgery but laxatives have been my friend. I don't know what to expect but it feels somewhat manageable.

Now waiting for spine specialist appointment to discuss the results:

Partial MRI results: Severe spinal canal and bilateral subarticular zone stenosis L4-L5 secondary to grade 1 anterolisthesis and marked facet arthrosis - the maximum transverse diameter spinal canal measures 5 mm and there is complete effacement of CSF.

Have had low back pain, nerve pain down legs and other issues for a few years now. Just joined this group as head forward with my specialist.
