After 11 years I have decided to retire my iPad Air 2 128gb, and bought an iPad Air M4 256gb with Apple Pencil Pro.

Just purchased an 11 inch iPad Air M4 256gb on sale from Best Buy for $749. My iPad Air 2 has served me well for 11 years. Definitely got my moneys worth out of it. I went with another Air because I already own a MacBook Pro M4 Pro, so the iPad Pro felt like overkill. I’m not going to add a keyboard to it because I don’t plan on using it for typing documents. The Apple Pencil Pro is pretty sweet. I love how it fast charges while attached to the side of the iPad. The 11 inch is perfect for lounging in the bed or couch. The side car feature is also awesome! I like how the USB C cable can plug into the laptop and keep the iPad charged while using as a second monitor. I did order a case for it that should be here Friday. I had a case on my iPad Air 2 the whole time I owned it. Lol it’s the main reason it lasted 11 years!

A little over a month with the MacBook Neo and I couldn't be happier!

I purchased a MacBook Neo 512 GB the day before Target raised the prices. I wanted to eventually get one, but decided to pull the trigger the day I saw Apple raise the prices. When I logged into the Target app the price was still the original price so I grabbed it and decided to go with the citrus color. I love this computer. It's perfect for everyday tasks. Back in December of 2024 I bought a 14 inch MacBook Pro M4 Pro 24 GB 1 TB. It was my first MacBook purchase coming from a Windows laptop. It is one of the greatest laptops I've ever owned. It was originally purchased for some video editing and playing around with some music production. I was going to be traveling with it a lot so I added some protection to it. I know a lot of people hate on cases and keyboard skins, but I've had a case and keyboard skin on my MacBook Pro for almost two years and it's still in mint condition. So naturally since I plan on traveling with my MacBook Neo as well I added a case to it. A couple things I didn't like about the MacBook Neo was the limited amount of ports and no backlit keyboard. After researching a few USB-C Hubs I decided to go with the Sabrent 5 in 1 Hub purchased on Amazon. https://a.co/d/029edBN7 This USB-C Hub is awesome. I brought my Neo to a few buddies houses during the World Cup. We streamed the games from my YouTube TV account thru the HDMI port and it worked great. Picture was crispy with no lag. For the back lit keyboard problem. I looked up the company that made the keyboard skin for my MacBook Pro, and went with their glow in the dark keyboard with printed letters and symbols. This thing is a game changer! It's made by MasiBloom I got it from Amazon. https://a.co/d/0300RZOQ I mostly work in the dark or with UV blacklight's in the background so this worked really well for me. The letters and symbols stand out so much better with the skin on. So if anyone is on the fence about getting a Neo for an everyday laptop for basic tasks, then I highly suggest pulling the trigger. It's a great little laptop and the citrus green color is the BEST!
