Military spending budget!

As Minister of Defense, i would like to post the military spending.

NOTE:

I have also used my personal wealth to fund the creation of the Iron Nest-Эммушка, a large naval gun fitted to large tank tracks (based off the game Iron Nest).

I have used 300M PPD to build said Nest, and used 11.5M PPD to produce

100 AP shells

100 APHE shells

100 HCHE shells

5 ATSH shells

About the Incentivist-Syndicalist Party of the Union (ISPU)

Ok if you're wondering what Incentivist-Syndicalism is:

Well, firstly, drawing form Socialism,

all apartments are free (private housing is considered a "luxury," which I will explain in the Capitalist section), same with essential food (canned food, pastas, beef, etc.) And cars and tvs, though streaming services and entertainemnt stations are considered a "luxury."

Drawing from Syndicalism:

The Industry is its own thing. The workers in each industry (Tech, farming, etc.) Decide what to do. If one industry makes more than another, the State takes the extra money to prevent competition between industries. Industries that under-perform are given that extra money so they still make the same.

Capitalism (the "Incentivist" part):

Everything non-essential costs money, like housing and tech (gaming consoles, phones) as well as "luxury" food (anything like bacon and turkey to fast food) and this gives the incentive for wprkers to work: the apartment you live in comes with an oven, counters, a bed and a tv, sure, but other than that there is no furniture. You have to buy that furniture and thus have to work.

In terms of government, we believe in a more unorthodox system.

There are four heads of state, but only *one* is in power at a time. After their term is over, another head of state takes their place. This continues for five (5) terms before a whole new “council” is elected. If one of the “council” members is found guilty of unconstitutional acts or other misconduct, there will be a vote on whether to replace them or not. If they are replaced, then the next head of state takes their place for the remainder of their term, while a replacement is elected who takes power next term.
