Interesting information about ghost fb accts

So I find it interesting that now Sydney and Samantha have a lot of fb accts being pushed out that have out of order videos and one og video cut into multiple videos for FB.

There is a whole industry for this. Companies hire people to edit these longer videos for “ghost” fb accts and also to add captions AND it generates more income and more interaction for the OG creator!!!

I’m blocking all of them that get pushed into my feed

I’ve searched this form already - re Arfid/audhd/OCD

44f - lost 100 lbs but lifelong fatty. I was not diagnosed with Arfid or anything else until 4 years ago so my food sensitivity and issues were never addressed outside of name calling and diets. I’m also on a GLP so my meals are small.

I have a mildly fatty liver and my PCP suggested Med diet. She knows my food issues but I’m sure she can’t remember all my details and it seems that my diet and safe foods couldn’t be more opposite of this.

I do like veggies - not lettuce or leafy greens - spinach sure but in small amounts and limited to things like an omelette or a very specific salad. No Brussels or beets but I like green beans and peels, corn, I have difficulty with broccoli and cauliflower due to some stomach issues.
I do like fruits but I’m having issues with quality right now and I’m avoiding most fruit outside of things that I can see the color - cut melons for example
I am a carb girl and that’s what I relied on my entire life, also cheese - most if not all cheese.
I eat chicken - breast meat only
I eat ground beef and some other cuts of beef.
I eat bacon/turkey sausage.
I eat eggs.
Shrimp is ok sometimes. Again I get the ick fast so shrimp can often be off my safe list for a long time. But lien a New Orleans bbq shrimp is and grits is always a yes.
And hard salami or prosciutto.
Pasta/rice/potato
I don’t do most sauces or dressing
No beans unless it’s green beans
I don’t do avocado or avocado oil anything.
If it’s mushed or looks like baby food it’s a no.

And yes, I have literally be IN TREATMENT for it but I have a lot of trauma from the way I was treated about my food issues that I struggle with all exposure. I also have a team of drs and dietician but Arfid is tricky and many don’t really know how to navigate it especially with my autism OCD that fills in the gaps where Arfid may slip up.

It may just not be possible and I have to make other changes in my current lifestyle but I’m wondering if anyone else is a very plain and basic eater. Like a - as long as the menu has chicken tenders I’ll be fine kinda person. I don’t love to cook but if I do it’s like eggs and toast or pasta or chicken and rice.

I do supplement fiber but that’s all because I don’t do protein bars or powders so I do have to eat my protein in food.

Thanks.
