After about 1 month of work im already one of the best in the store
Averaging around a 120 every day now, 600+ picks a day, and 25 runs a day, and always places 4th on the leaderboard (the board has people with way less runs at the top)
Today im not even done and im 2nd overall.

Ive started working opd and im really enjoying it so far.
I started working opd back on Thursday and so far ive caught on pretty fast about the store layout and locations of items. Today I was able to finally have a run of over 100 items per hour with a pick rate of 75 items per hour. I haven't done gmd or oversized yet and ive gotten some experience on staging and dispensing. I do end up being pretty sore at the end of my shift but I am honestly having a lot of fun and am treating it like more of a game im getting paid to play. It feels good to have a routine and fix some of my issues I had before.
If anyone has any tips for opd, please let me know.
