I have 2 S corporations that have been around since 2020, actively doing business everyday. I have a DUNS # for both.

I have great credit on both.

Where can I apply for a non-personal guarantee business? If that's even possible..

Note: I'm gonna close these businesses since they're failing. I basically want to try something risky for my business. If it works, I will 10x my revenues. If it fails, I don't want to be held responsible. Worst case want to be able to close the corporations and declare bankruptcy for both.

Is this even ethical? Not sure
