Hello, I am new to the sub. Currently I am renting a 2bedroom apartment in Virginia. We moved in this past April and have had the maintenance come 6 times for our AC randomly not working.

It is now 98F almost everyday outside and our AC is once again not working. The leasing office said they need to order a new one and have no idea when it will arrive. They also have no portable ACs available for us. Our current indoor temp is 82F.

This is miserable.

what can I do about this?
