Startups now involved in legal scams

This Happila Makhana packet has literally defeated lays and all the other popular brands. Bought it from the office vending machine today so couldn't see weight. Costed 30 and weighs 12g.

God knows what is that protein label on top - 8% or S%. Such a scam. Avoid it if you see it in any vending machine.

List down Hygienic Restaurants you know in Noida

Let’s make a list of hygienic restaurants in Noida.

With all the recent news about well known restaurants across India being caught for unhygienic or questionable food practices, I was wondering which restaurants in Noida do you genuinely trust when it comes to hygiene and food handling?

The idea is to create a list of restaurants in Noida thatcyou consider clean, hygienic and consistent with their food practices.

If you have a restaurant you trust, drop its name below and, if possible, mention why you trust it

Please keep it based on personal experiences, rather than hearsay. And of course, one good/bad experience doesn't necessarily define a restaurant permanently.

Would be great if we could build a first of its kind, community maintained list of hygienic restaurants in Noida that people can refer to before deciding where to eat.

No paid promotions. just genuine recommendations from Noida folks!

Also, my personal love to people who will write 'eat at home' 🫂

Hiring Manager - HR, People and Culture (Noida-Sector 142)

Not your typical HR JD, so here's the honest pitch.

Who we are: FinnDMC — a founder-led Destination Management Company. We design Finland trips (Lapland, Northern Lights, Helsinki, the works) and sell them B2B through travel agents in India, the Gulf, and Germany. Small team, two entities (India + Finland), growing fast.

The role: You'd be HR employee #1. There is no HR department to join — you ARE the HR department. Policies, hiring, onboarding, payroll inputs, grievances, performance reviews, culture — all of it gets built by you, from zero. We genuinely treat culture as a business metric: your quarterly eNPS numbers get reviewed by the founders alongside revenue.

What you'd actually do:

* Run hiring end-to-end (source, screen, interview, close — not just coordinate)

* Write policies from a blank page — leave, conduct, anti-harassment, remote work — compliant with Indian labour law (PF/ESI and all)

* Own attendance + payroll inputs on hard monthly deadlines, across both entities

* Handle grievances confidentially: acknowledged in 24 hrs, resolved in 5 working days

* Run quarterly performance check-ins and a training calendar (10 hrs/person/quarter)

* Actually build culture — and catch disengagement before it becomes a resignation

You'd be a fit if you have:

* 3–6 years in HR, ideally 2+ as a standalone/lead HR

* Actually drafted policies from scratch before (not downloaded templates)

* Solid Indian labour law + statutory compliance knowledge

* Strong written English and the EQ to be trusted with sensitive stuff

Skip this if:

* You want a team to manage — it's a team of one for now

* You need established processes — here you write them

* You think HR = admin paperwork

Compensation: INR 4,00,000 LPA

Perks worth mentioning: direct access to both founders, international exposure (India/Finland/Gulf/Germany), remote/hybrid flexibility depending on where you are, and a function that scales with the company.

How to apply: CV + a cover note (200 words max — seriously, keep it short) on why this role → hr@finndmc.com, subject line: Application — Manager, People and Culture

We read everything and reply to shortlisted folks within 7 working days. No agencies.

Happy to answer questions in the comments.
