So my study permit expired last year in September, and after that i applied for my pgwp application but my pgwp application was refused in april this year and they gave me 90 days to restore my status.
So i decided to reapply for study permit to do my masters but irrc portal is saying im not eligible to apply for study permit again as my study permit expired last year and it’s past 90 days but im still within 90 days when my pgwp application was refused.
Am i missing something here? Do i need to anything else before applying for study permit? Please guide me on next steps
