Planning on moving. What can I do until then?

I'm 16 and my dream job is to be a FFPM. After graduating next year the plan is to move from the midwest to the bay area as soon as I can, which I do hear things are competitive down there but that doesn't discourage me.

Either way, I want to start working towards this career but I just don't know how much I can do before moving, since as far as I know any certifications I get here would be useless in California.

How do I make Complimentary+EP look more natural?

I love complimentary especially with euphoria patches but during the day it's just so bright and jarring which isn't great for normal gameplay. Any way to make it look a bit more natural? I would use a different shader but they all have this problem
