Wheel upgrade???
Bike is a AL5 Gen 4, currently running 35mm GP5000 AS TR and the original Paradigm SL rims with 21mm Internal width. I see a common upgrade path to be carbon but thinking aluminum. I like the looks of the DT Swiss ER 1600 30 with the 350 hub or possibly save a few $$$ and get the E 1800 with the 370 hub. So my questions; Is anyone running this set? Is it an upgrade? It looks cool anyway. Is a good hub more important than a lighter wheel? (ie. cheap carbon wheels w/so so hub vs quality aluminum w/decent hub)? Is the 22mm internal width of the DT Swiss optimal for a 35mm tire? Just thinking about next steps - thanks.
