I closed my account . Withdrew the remaining balance and now after 3 days its still nowhere to be seen.

0-3 workdays they said.

My account is all of a sudden restricted while I have send and recieved crypto already but with this btc withdrawal im all of a sudden restricted and on hold.

Why?
