Heyoo! I am looking to buy the camera body only for the Sony a5100. Budget is around $160, could possibly pay a little more but already have the lens I want to use with it so not really interested if buying with a lens unless it's under $220 for both. Would also be willing to pay a little more if you have a dummy battery with it too, since I'll be using it for streaming!

Hi guys! I found a pretty good deal on an R100 near me and my plan is to use it as my webcam for streaming since I already have a camlink and HDMI cable. I just wanted to come here and ask if anyone’s currently, or has in the past, used the camera as a webcam in this way.

I know it has clean hdmi output and not having IBIS but that shouldn’t really be an issue on paper since it’s gonna stay on a desk mount the entire time. Thank you!
