Please take out 5 minutes and read this.Facing my 3rd attempt at CLAT, stuck in LU 5-year LLB. Feeling completely lost nd just loosing my mind

Hey everyone. this post is not just for seeking empathy or sympathy it’s much more than that. I need real, practical perspectives from people who have been through this.

Please take a minute and actually read this through because I’m feeling completely suffocated and I genuinely don’t know where else to turn right now.

I’m sitting here spiraling, facing my third attempt at CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), and I feel like my life is completely ruined before it even starts. The first time I gave CLAT was in 12th grade, and everything got totally messed up because I was trying to balance board exams with prep, and the whole stress just destroyed me. Last year I took a drop and I gave CLAT again for my second attempt, but the consortium suddenly shifted the entire paper pattern and introduced all that analytical reasoning shit out of nowhere, completely wrecking my score and my preparation.

Ever since then, I’ve been trapped in this nightmare. After the clat exam day I spent months just lying in bed staring at the ceiling, overwhelmed by so much anxiety that I started having full-blown panic attacks. I finally got out of that dark loop for a few months, but now I’m forced into taking admission at Lucknow University (LU) for their 5-year integrated LLB program as a backup and I am sliding right back into that same dark hole.

LU is an absolute nightmare for me. The infrastructure is broken, the vibe is completely dead, there’s zero exposure, and the environment feels so depressing that I know deep down I don’t belong on those seats for the next 5 years of my life. But my parents won’t hear me out for any private law schools as it's expensive and also because they’re completely stuck on the "reputed 100-year-old government university" tag. Meanwhile, all my friends are off to amazing, rich, top-tier colleges living their best lives, and watching them while I’m stuck here makes me feel so much resentment and isolation.

So now I’m back to prepping for CLAT again to try to get out, but the moment I open my books, that severe, paralyzing anxiety comes rushing right back. It feels like a 5-year sentence if I stay at LU, but the pressure of preparing for CLAT again is suffocating. It’s gotten so heavy that I’m honestly having serious mental health crisis because it feels like if I fail this CLAT attempt, my entire life is fucked from all sides and I have no future left.

I’m not looking for toxic competitive advice or people telling me to "just study harder." I just feel completely trapped, terrified, and hopeless. Has anyone ever been stuck in a college/course they hated while trying to drop/prep again for CLAT or another entrance exam? How did you survive the panic attacks when it felt like you were at rock bottom? Idk I feel so lost. Just really need some supportive, human advice right now

19f, need info regarding LU

Hii if any senior could tell How is the 5-year B.A. LL.B. program overall? I'd also like details about the new campus as well old , including faculty, hostel rooms, mess food, infrastructure, campus life, internships, and placements. Is it worth the fees? If not, which B.A. LL.B. colleges in Lucknow would you recommend instead? Ifanyonec could please tell

Also do u recommend LU? considering all the above points I mentioned for ba llb

And I also heard that classes run in old campus and for hostel u need to be in new campus idk if it's true or not

Anybody could confirm

I would be highly thankful
