Mouth breathing

Just a question please if someone can help

Can HH cause you to wake up in the middle of the night with dry mouth and understanding that I breathe through my mouth during the sleep. It has been 2 months since I have started experiencing shortness of breath on daily basis. My endoscopy a month ago showed 3 cm HH, but I had it for 20 years. I had a lot of symptoms for those 20 years but I feel miserable lately because of not being able to breathe properly all the time.

I started on PPI and I lost 20 pounds for 6 weeks because I had trouble eating and I still do. Dr gave me inhalers, then pulmonologist gave me different inhalers...because I am not getting proper relief. I am still not sure if my shortness of breath is caused by asthma or HH. What do you think. I don't cough, no mucus, no history of respiratory infections.

Also, one of my daily symptoms is faster heart beats. I started taking medication daily for this.

And please, why did I start waking up with dry mouth. Last night I woke up around 3 am noticing I was breathing hard through my mouth and I was struggling to catch a breath. I got up and took some pills to calm dawn (atenalol) because I was afraid I will start panicking.

It is 7am and I still didn't rest all night. Unfortunately it is not the first time.

Just to emphasize I was never a mouth breather...not during the day or night.

Should I avoid my primary Dr and go to consult with surgeon..i am 45 years old female

HOW TO FILE FOR MILAGE EXPANSES

Can someone explain this for me, please? I traveled to other stores many times to help with inventory or sets, but I was not compensated, even though I traveled 2 hours back and forth multiple days.

I know I need to go to the Kohl's financial system app...put general expenses, I guess, but they do not have an option for mileage. It asked me for a dollar amount, and I do not have a clue what to do. Do I need to convert milage/fuel into a dollar amount...or?

Thanks

How to get surgery in Usa for 3 cm HH with terriable symptoms

Anyone from the USA? If so, could you please tell me how you got your surgery for a 3 cm HH? I am desperate. I have HH for 20 years, and I have had my ups and downs. The last 5 weeks have been misery. I have more chest and stomach pain, which I can deal with, but my breathing is so bad. My heart rate is high the moment I get up from bed. I did an endoscopy yesterday and the findings: small HH 3 cm, some GERD and inflammation, nothing alarming.

My surgeon rejected surgery immediately and just left me with a nurse. He gave me PPI.

I lost 16 pounds in a month because eating makes me sick, with constant fighting to breathe; I started taking Atenolol for my heart. My primary care says it is asthma... but the inhaler does not help me. This is not life. How to get surgery for 3 cm HH?

Please help-CT show no HH

I was diagnosed with HH 20 years ago, a small one, the doctor said. So, I had my ups and downs, but I never rechecked myself or went to the GI again. I was managing my symptoms. Pain unser my left rib and stomach area. Occasional shortness of breath after a bigger meal or waking up at night choking if I had dinner...etc. If I bent, my heart would go crazy, similar to all of the stories I have read here.

But, 5 weeks ago I started experiencing daily palpitations and constant shortness of breath. Especially when I woke up, it was so hard to catch my breath, and I developed panic attacks. I went to my doctor, and she diagnosed me with asthma after spirometry. After a week, my symptoms did not improve much with inhalers and I was suffering so badly. A high dose of steroid pills she gave me made my whole stomach, chest, and even mouth burn. I begged my doctor to give me a referral for a pulmonologist and GI, and she sent me to a surgeon for an EGD. I have scheduled one for tomorrow, on the 13th of July.

I lost 14-15 pounds in a month. If I eat, I feel it is harder to breathe. And I only eat small amounts: oat bran, baby food, bananas. I woke up this morning not being able to breathe. My chest was glued to my stomach; I had pain. I went to an Emergency, and they said my lungs and heart were all OK.

What gave me anxiety is that when they did a CT of my chest, they said no sign of a hernia! So how can I explain my symptoms
