The rotor on my PanoMaticLunar is craaaaazy

I've had watches with loud rotors before, but this is out of the ordinary I feel. The rotor on this thing will spin like crazy on any arm movement, light tapping of the case or flipping the case upside down. Like sometimes I'd rest my arm on my desk and I can actually feel the case vibrating from the rotor spinning.

I'd expect the rotor to be noisier and to move a lot due to the unidirectional winding and the 21K oscillating weight, but isn't this excessive? Is every PML like this?

I've not noticed any problems with the power reserve though. And I assume the winding is highly efficient in this way.
