I think I made a bad move

Recently switched teams and org (3ish months ago). Seemed like a good fit at first but I’m realizing that I was wrong. Not looking to go back to my old org but how bad would it be if I moved again after a short time? Is that even possible (meaning would another team even be interested or be scared off by my short time on the new team)? I have an unsustainable workload that increases weekly as my partner team continues to dump work on me with no handover. I can see me being the scapegoat for failed launches of product despite the products being in work for over a year against my much shorter tenure. I’m a L6 in the HQ2 area. Zero issue with RTO or anything like that from me. It’s about the work and fit. Trying to get ahead of the problem before another round of layoffs or even PIP. Any advice?
Trying to stick it out until my last big stock vest but that’s harder every single day.

Gay therapist

Hi everyone,

I’m sure this has been asked before but I need some real help. Does anyone have any recommendations for a gay male therapist in DC? Specifically one that deals with alcohol related marriage issues?

Thank you!
