The origin or creator of these early 2000s low-poly dancing gifs

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to find the original source, creator, or the software behind these pixelated, low-poly 3D dancing gifs.
Based on the aesthetic, they look like they are from the late 90s or early 2000s. I suspect they might be from an old PC software, an early web animation, or a CD-ROM from that era.
Does anyone recognize these characters or know where these gifs originally came from? Any leads would be amazing.

Sample from a speech on instagram reels.

I sampled an instagram reel of some random man talking and its just a one sentence. Would it be okay to use it in my song ? Does anybody have any knowledge about this?
