Asbestos in flooring or wall paneling?
Remodeling a bathroom. House is in Michigan and was built in 1989. I doubt it contains asbestos but curious what others might think.

We are working on replacing an old bathtub from a house built in 1989 (Michigan). Is this asbestos? It needs to be cut into smaller pieces so it can leave the bathroom.

How to get basement air circulating in the house?
My basement stays at about 65 degrees while my 2nd floor is about 75 degrees. Is there a way for my furnace fan to blow in the cold air from the basement into the upper floor of my house? I don’t see any return vents in the basement, which is where my furnace is.
