I recently got hired at Chick-fil-A and my onboarding is scheduled from 10 AM to 5 PM. I was expecting it to maybe be an hour or 2 as at many of my previous jobs my onboarding usually didn’t last more than an hour.
before, what usually happens during chick fil a onboarding? Is it mostly paperwork and videos, or do they start training you that same day too?
