Is it possible to ask border guards not to stamp my passport.

Hello. My partner has unmarried partner visa which begins end of this month. Due to unforeseen circumstances she can't move until December. What impact will this have on visa and ILR? What is best way to mitigate any risks

Partner been given visas and it asks to create an account for evisa. Does it have to be done before visa starts or just before travel
