Homemade fries + Indian masala seasoning is a combo I should’ve tried earlier
Picked up a random masala sachet named Aakhri Masala from a local kirana store while buying snacks. Tried it on fresh fries out of curiosity, and it somehow tasted better than most frozen peri peri seasonings.
Now I’m wondering what other Indian spice mixes work on fries.
Which place in Rajkot has the best street food and the most variety?

Tried making creamy white sauce pasta at home today 🍝
Added garlic, capsicum, corn, carrots, chili flakes, oregano, and a little Aakhri Masala at the end for extra flavor. Honestly turned out much better than I expected 😅
What’s your go-to homemade pasta recipe?
[Homemade] My veggie Maggi 😋
My favorite way to make vegetables 😋
Maggi is with onions, tomatoes, carrots, capsicum, peas, and a little extra spice from Aakhri Masala by Hathi Masala. I sauté the veggies in butter, add the noodles with tastemaker, and cook everything until it turns slightly saucy and flavorful. Sometimes I top it with cheese, paneer, or coriander, depending on my mood.
Everyone seems to have their own unique Maggi recipe, so what’s yours?
In Rajkot these days, everyone’s asking each other: “So, did you stock up on masala too?” 😂
Everyone is talking about world war, summer vacation, 12th result, 10th result, but in Gujarat, currently, all the people are just asking this to each other, so I am asking you "મસાલા ભરાઈ ગ્યાં ને? 😂".
