Housing Advice Please, they're denying our ESA dog

Hello, any recommendations on rentals (2bd/1.5 bath, accessible/no stairs) under $2000 including utilities?

We applied for an apartment with two cats, my bf and me, and his disabled/retired mom + her ESA pug is coming with us too as an occupant since she can't afford to live by herself. But they're going back on what they said.

Throughout the process, we always got verbal confirmation that two cats and 1 ESA dog is okay so we went ahead and applied ($300 application fee), no solid written communication though and we only put the cats in the application and didn't put the dog since he's an ESA (plus we were told by multiple people on the phone and on an in-person walkthrough that 2 cats and 1 ESA was okay, but they were very inconsistent/unprofessional at communicating throughout the entire process)

We got approved, paid the $250 holding fee, then gave extra documentation on the ESA pug. And now they're calling to say they don't actually accept 3 pets, and have a 2 pet hard limit. Our option is to re-home one cat or they'll cancel the application and refund us only the holding fee (losing out the $300 non-refundable application fee) .

Anyways I'm not sure if we can do anything so we're back to house hunting if anyone has leads? We have really good credit score, make more than enough, and good rental history, no issues on anything else. Just hoping to stay under $2000 so we can pay off some debts first and save for the future

Recognition of foreign divorce

Hi all, I got married in USA and was dumb enough to file the marriage with the Philippine embassy.

I got divorced in the USA and now I want to file the divorce in the Philippines. How much would it cost and would I be able to file from abroad?

I'm still in the USA and have no plans to return anytime soon so I'm in no rush. I'm a Philippine citizen, not dual.

Thank you
