Supplemental/Lifestyle changes to fix the cognitive, verbal, memory issue
Hey everyone.
I know alot of us struggle with the cognitive, verbal, and memory decline that comes along with buproprion, but don't want to stop or decrease dosage because of its help with mood, focus, and emotionally regulatory benefits.
Has anyone found or have any ideas towards any supplements that might counteract these side effects? How about any lifestyle changes?
I have found quite a bit of relief from consistent intense exercise. I run several miles 3-4 days a week and do some weight training 2-3 days a week. Since getting consistent with this, I have seen an approximate ~40% reduction in these side effects. Obviously a very rough approximation, but I have seen them.
As for supplements, I think magnesium glycinate(maybe threonate would be best) and creatine are great. Some ideas might be racetams, choline, selank/semax, theanine, or taurine.
Has anyone else found anything that helps or have any ideas on what we could try? Could be supplemental, pharmaceutical, diet or lifestyle, really anything that might help.
Hoping to get some ideas to help the community try to overcome this massive obstacle. Thanks in advance, looking forward to hearing from all of you! 💪🙏
