I have job offers from HCA Swedish & the rose for their OR new grad RN residency . Any insights on which location I should choose?
I feel Swedish offers more variety, the opportunity for you to specialize, and I like that they offer 3 12s. But the rose staff seemed really supportive and has lower acuity cases which might be easier for me starting out as a new nurse.
