Hello everyone! I was planning to buy a new apple ipad (M4, 11inch) until I heard of the Apple refurbished. I currently live in India but my sister lives in the States; so I also have the option of ordering from their official refurbished store there.
I looked the refurbished website and the apple's website here in India and found out the following:
This is my first time buying an apple product and my family is saying that if we are investing such a substantial amount of money behind a product, better buy it new. They also have concerns over the quality of the 2nd hand product; saying what if it broke or has some other inherent flaws. In-short they do not trust the guys at the refurbished stores.
This is the reason that I am reaching out to you guys: what in your opinion should I do in this situation?
