Say one snapped the curses out of existence thanos style one day. They can eat, have children, the sun won't hurt them anymore they are essentially alive again etc but they DID still die and still drink blood(food does provide sustenance). And yes this includes the clan curses caine shoved on em. No clan curses either.

How would this potentially look?

Like when your stomach has nothing left to throw up but keeps flexing anyway to push out well nothing. Why the hell is it that the anus and intestines do that too?
