Green screen on the iPhone 13. Thoughts?
Sister’s iPhone 13 shows a green screen.
She said she was just browsing instagram , when suddenly the phone’s display became like this. I’m sure the top 1/3rd of the screen is unusable because I can’t slide to power off or where I think the power off button is, but I can hear typing noises when I press the centre of the phone where the passcode keypad should be.
iPhone was Babied since the month she got it (Nov 2021)
Been in a case the whole time. Was not opened before this. Had like 77% battery health last time she and I checked though that was a while ago. It’s on iOS 18.4 I think.
Any thoughts on this issue? You all think it’s a software or hardware thing?
