A lifetime of regret

I came out to my wife a few weeks ago. She knew really because early in our marriage she found some emails between me a guy on Craigslist and mee never met up it;was just emails. I went to counseling and I convinced myself that I wasn't bi just curious. Which was dumb cause I had a whole lifetime of talking to men and being too chicken shit to ever take it to the physical level.

Over ten years later I'm in therapy now and working through conflict avoidance. I told her I was bisexual which she accepted just fine which was nice. However, she still expects me to stick to the agreed agreed-uponmy and I can't fault her for that.

Now I'm looking back and really letting societal pressures keep me from exploring this side of me when I had the relational freedom to do so.

Just came here to vent a little and put down in words how I've been feeling. I'm assuming at least some of you are in the same or similar predicaments.
