Self referral (URGENT)

i am in dire need of help or advice or just someone who has gone through something similar , i’m in A school it’s been about 2 months of me being here, im still under the 180 days. i saw BH for 3 weeks they didn’t help for shit, got diagnosed with adjustment disorder with anxiety and depression. i made the dumb decision to smoke. (marijuana) and i self referred because i didnt want to pop on a random test, its been 3 weeks since then they made me sign a consent form with legal for the test and provided a urinalysis, it has been radio silent since i haven’t heard anything at all. i just got notified i am being classed up tomorrow which was highly unexpected because i thought it was zero tolerance in the navy? and i’m just wondering why would they put in a classroom. can anyone give me insight.

Self referral

Does anyone know how long the sep process takes? Did my urinalysis already haven’t heard anything since just wondering if anyone went through this process and how long it took before they were home, i’m still in A school under 180 days. Google says one thing but i know real life experiences are different, any help is appreciated.

BH advice.

I see a lot of people on here talking about seps but not really any advice or going into the actual process i graduated bootcamp june 4th, ive been in A school on a hold because of the rate i chose. My mental health was terrible even in bootcamp, i pushed through i made myself work for it everyday and graduated. now being in A school even with all the freedom that comes with it im struggling everyday, i wake up with night sweats, i don’t want to hangout with friends, im sick to my stomach everyday and i know i messed up making this a career. i know theres entry level separation i guess im just trying to figure out how to get this started, ive had 2 appointments with BH since being here in this short amount of time and got diagnosed with adjustment disorder with anxiety and depression. the first thing the provider said to me on my first appointment was if you’re wanting out the navy this isn’t the place to be. he has since talked over me every time i try to say how i feel and twisting my words to make it seem like im not experiencing this from the military, im wondering if i have to be direct and tell him i cant do this i need to be sep’d or if i just go with the process. or really any advice on what to do. ive tried all his coping mechanisms but nothing is helping, i dont want to feel like this anymore i just want to go home. i’m even considering popping hot and self referring i just want to get out. pls any help is appreciated. i know it’s not going to happen over night i just want this process at least started so i know in the end ill be home.
