One night in Positano - pick my restaurant

Da Vincenzo (currently have a reservation booked), Il Tridente (reservations not open yet), Saraceno D’Oro, or something else?

A friend raved about Da Vincenzo but with only one night there I’m questioning if we should be dining Al fresco with a better view.

We are also going to da Adolfo for lunch.

Da Adolfo and Da Paolino are the last two places on my wishlist I haven’t been able to book reservations for (besides La Sponda, which I’ve given up on trying to book). I have called and called and I’m unable to get anywhere.

Adolfo just never picks up the phone.

Da Paolino said on their website not to call or email before 4/10. I email on 4/10 and get an auto-response that they aren’t accepting reservations until 4/22. They eventually responded to me saying to reach back out on 4/25. I called today (4/27) and someone answered but said they aren’t accepting reservations over the phone. So I emailed back the person that emailed me and got an auto reply that says “We are still closed for the season, and suppose to open may 21st, therefore we cannot confirm any request made for April and May.”

Does anyone have any suggestions or am I out of luck?

Edit to add:

Trying to book Da Adolfo for lunch on 5/26 and Da Paolino for dinner on 5/24.
