BMI of 15.1, is that okay??

Alright so, I'm a 13 year old girl that's around 163 cm tall and 40-38kg (it fluctuates sometimes, but its mostly around 40kg so anything less you should take with a grain of salt). I've always been on the slimmer side and honestly I didn't really think much of it until I got constant worry due to my appearance.

My body is infact underdeveloped I think, considering I'm pretty flat-chested and all. Or maybe that's just natural, who knows? But I did get diagnosed with lean pcos since my periods are heavily irregular.

Honestly I thought it was due to my weight as I've had some health complications but it wasn't anything too concerning?? But I just wanted to check considering I am pretty young and I've honestly been a bit worried. But I've tried to do some research and I don't think it's too concerning since I've been living a pretty normal teenage life for now.

Also if I could get some tips, I'd appreciate it. I struggle to even gain weight. But I do lack appetite like.. all the time, or I forget to eat. Generally speaking, I just sometimes skip meals due to geniunely not feeling an ounce of hunger until I look around and see everyone around me eating. Sorry for this long rambling, I don't typically write reddit posts but I've been trying to educate myself on my own body more so it's been a rough road.

Just diagnosed with lean pcos at 13, now what?

So, I've started my period the day after my 10th birthday and ever since that it's been highly irregular. I've always been on the slimmer side (I'm 40kg, maybe a bit less whilst being 163 cm) and I usually attributed my irregular periods by simply being a bit underweight. I'd always get concerned comments from classmates and even my own sisters when I'd use self-deprecating humor about my very random period. And considering my religious background (I am a muslim), I usually would get over a month long period during Ramadan which honestly annoyed me and to where I genuinely didn't care anymore and started fasting on my period.

Fast forward a couple years, I'm now nearly 14, and I decided to actually get my shit checked out and turns out? I got pcos. Lean pcos to be exact, as I really don't gain weight. I'm now on birth control and it's really affecting my mood, I've been feeling pretty nauseous as well and I'm always lethargic. I'm just sorta searching for tips on how to deal with this normally since I feel like my body actually hates me now since I can't do anything with my mood swings and fatigue.

TDLR; I'm just looking for tips on dealing with it. I honestly consider it a pretty ironic and a bit silly diagnosis. (Humor is my coping mechanism if you can't tell) but it is irritating me how I'm feeling way less focused and extremely tired nowadays. Would appreciate any advice!
