Hi everyone! I was approved to do Spark last month and was wondering if it is worth it in this area? Can you make good money doing it or any tips or tricks would be appreciated. I do have pretty bad anxiety and am trying to push myself to do it. Thanks so much!
Trying to help fix my mom’s driveway without spending a fortune. Tight budget here! It’s been patched over the years, but some areas are now badly cracked/breaking apart. I can remove the loose asphalt and do the labor myself. My dad can also get hot asphalt pretty cheap. Like $100 a ton and I could rent a compactor?
What would you guys do here, remove the worst sections and patch with hot mix? Is any of it worth crack filling/sealing afterward, or is it too far gone? Not looking for perfect, just trying to make it better and get a few more years out of it. I appreciate all the advice thanks so much
Hello! I just had a tenant move out she asked to month to month I said no as her lease went up on the first. Several issues while she was living there unauthorized reptiles, debris all over yard. We took 12 trips to the landfill. Every single wall had crayon, pen, nail polish on it, holes in cabinets. I can’t seem to find the signed copy of the lease. Can I still take action? Thanks!
