We never got any movies

Unlike many other popular shonen animes, we never got any movies at all as far as I’m aware.

I noticed because I’m watching my go-to One Piece movie when I drink, a sort of ritual by now, but since I’m re-watching the anime with my sister, I thought that it would be nice to have a KHR movie to watch too.

I don’t even ask it to be as good as the og anime/manga, any silly plot would do, since the movies from popular animes aren’t as good as the series themselves usually, just something to watch for when you have that KHR itch but not enough time to watch the anime or read the manga

Dark/horror romantasy in which the male protagonist is the human and “powerless” one

What I’m looking for is something like the movie Dracula by Coppola (I know that in the original book there wasn’t romance), or the Nosferatu movie from 2024, but with the roles reversed, the man as the human one and the woman as the powerful vampire (or other creature of choice). Or the man being the one abducted by fae and at the whims of a fae queen.

Plus points if it’s also from the POV of the male protagonist.

I only know one book similar to this, and it’s in Spanish. And it’s from the POV of a vampire queen that becomes human again, so not exactly what I’m looking for right now (still liked the book though! It was good)

I don’t mind if it’s more horror than romance, or if the romance is twisted and toxic, as in the guy tries to escape because he is afraid and doesn’t end up loving her, hates her and wants to kill her while she is very much in love, etc. Basically, the feelings don’t have to be reciprocated, nor it has to be love, it can be obsession or wanting to have a “pet” to order around, or someone to torment.

Ah, I’m fine with lgbtq+ romances, so if instead of a man and a woman are two men, or two women, or non-binary characters, that’s cool too.

Hope you all get the gist, and if not, I’ll be happy with anything that comes close to it, thanks in advance!

I finally did it

I was able to defeat a Night Lord while my other teammates were down. I can’t believe it.

We were going against Heolstor, Wylder was down with three bars, Recluse went down with one bar, I revived her, but Heolstor went after her and soon after that she went down again with two bars. I was playing Ironeye and sweating bullets because I knew I wouldn’t be able to revive any of them while avoiding Heolstor, so I had to clutch.

Luckily he didn’t have much health left, and my ult was nearly charged, so I rolled away like my life depended on it, attacked from a safe distance, and once my ult was ready, I blasted him with it, and we won the match.

It was amazing, 10/10, wouldn’t want to do it again lol. My heart is not strong enough for this kind of stress xD

I’m kind of sad that I didn’t record it, but I genuinely never thought that I could do this, whenever I saw similar clips of people clutching and winning I always thought that you needed to be far too good at the game to do it. Turns out that being mediocre and having good luck also works lol

If the Wylder and/or Recluse that played with me are reading this, I had a lot of fun :) It was a nice run, perfect to end my night (no pun intended lol) with, even if we hadn’t win at the end, you were solid teammates 👌

This pic of Squalo is still far too fucking funny xD

He’s holding that fish so seriously, and the way he says that it’s a gift while throwing it to the kids, then immediately after knocking out Yamamoto and taking him away like a potato sack still cracks me up. It’s so silly, but taken so seriously by the characters, I can’t xD One of my fav moments of the series lol

Recently got the Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser books in Spanish

It was a birthday gift from my aunt, and the books were recommended by a friend. I chose this edition instead of the two compilations because I loved the cover art

I think that I’m missing one book though.

I’m reading the first book and I’m loving it so far, really wanted a not too long fantasy saga to dive into

Edit: fixed a typo, and I wanted to add that yes, I was warned that the books show their age at times, and that I had to have that in mind, but that overall they’re a fun read

I’m re-watching KHR after not seeing it in a while

And I didn’t remember the first episodes being so funny, I don’t know if my humor sense is broken or what, but I’m laughing my ass off, holy shit xD

Also, Gokudera and Lambo really got the worse of it in the early episodes, Tsuna at least had Reborn to intervene before anything really bad happened to him, but Lambo and Gokudera are full on punching bags lmfao I don’t know how they survived the daily lives episodes, they’re more dangerous for them than the fights xD
