I tried to put out a support ticket but the ticket failed with "Validate Fail" message. That message tells me nothing. I filled in all the spaces, including a photo of my system and the LOG file that gave the details of the problem. Yet, no joy. I tried to use the CHAT feature on the support page but no one picked and replied other than the AI, and the AI admitted it could not help me but would transfer me to a real human. No human picked up the chat. No support ticket, no chat support. I'm at a loss as to what my next move is. The TS-002 is running the current firmware 1.3.0, and the QNAP External RAID Manager is at the current firmware level.
