Blocked from downloading by a cc creator for downloading their cc

Maybe they forgot they wanted to paywall their stuff because it was free and open? So I created a new account, subscribed and got what I wanted but a few minutes later blocked again. Haven't said one word to this person, MookyMilk Sims.
